In addition to our OSHA10 onboarding and daily PTP, ECSW assembles in Q1 to watch videos and discuss Safety. Todays topic opened with some humorous "safety fails" transitioning into a more serious nature:
The "Charlie Video." This video moves beyond the average do's and dont's of following safety protocols and examines what life was like when Charlie, did not, and was severely injured affecting ALL in his life, for the rest of his life.
The takeaway: We all have people waiting at home that rely on us to be safe at work! Its not all about EMODS and checking the box for paperwork. You hvae to have the culture of safety.
